The "mas" - originally a water mill dating back to the end of the 18 th century and later a silkworm and wine growing farm - has been completely renovated and decorated with taste in 2002.

There is a total of 1.000 m² living area divided in 5 main units, all of them spacious, extremely comfortable and well equipped.

In the central courtyard, you find a circular swimming pool (8 m diameter), secured by electronic alarm and daily cleaned by the couple of gardians living all year round on the premises. It is surrounded by a tiled terrace with pool chairs and a covered pergola.

Shadowy garden grounds planted with cypresses, umbrella pines, holm oaks, olive trees, palm trees and hundred-years-old mulberry trees. Picnic tables and children playground. Lounge chairs available in the garden and around the swimming-pool.

Moulin Neuf, 'the place' for groups or large families

You can rent just a one-family flat or spend there a holiday with a large family or some friends who want to keep their privacy but take some meals all together. It is also the ideal place for incentives and congresses.

The main house totalizes 5 living areas, each of them with fully equipped kitchen, 9 bath- or showerrooms, 12 wc, 14 double or triple bedrooms + additional sleeping for 10 children or 5 adults on sofa-beds.

The central rental (100 m² + mezzanine sitting room 50 m²) giving onto the pergola, the terrace and the swimming-pool has a semi-industrial kitchen offering the possibility to cook for 40, it can accommodate cocktails, weddings or banquets.

All flats are equipped with central heating and can be rented all year round.
