The swimming pools are exclusively reserved to the residents of Moulin Neuf.

Extra charges/week (valid for the mas/main house, mazet/cottage and villas):
- Baycot (up to 3 y.) : 15 €
- Bed linnen and towels can be supplied upon request at 15 €/person (1 set includes 2 bedsheets and 1 pillowcase, 2 handtowels, 1 bathtowel and 1 washglove)
- TV French channels (upon disponibility) : 15 €
- Wintertime : heating : 10 € per adult and per week
- Summertime : A/C (villas Boris and Lara) : 10 € per room and per week
- Compulsory end-of-stay cleaning, to be paid on arrival in cash in €
- Security deposit: to be paid on arrival (this can be a personal cheque): 500 € if renting one unit of the main house, one single villa or the mazet cottage; 1200 € if renting the complete main house or the 3 villas.

General remarks
- Our beds are equipped with drawsheet to protect the mattress, duvet and pillow. You're bound to hire or to bring yourself for each bed bottom sheet, pillow case and duvet cover. In case you would sleep directly on the drawsheet and without duvet cover and pillow case, we will automatically deduct form the guarantee deposit a sum of 15 euros per pers. to cover the cleaning of drawsheets and duvets and the replacement of pillows.
- The sofabeds are 130 cm width : they are reserved for 2 children under 10 or one single adult.
- For taxes and insurance purposes, you will be requested on arrival day to submit us a complete list (name, first name, date of birth, ID or passport number) of all the persons of your group at Moulin Neuf.
